I was asked along with my colleague Chris Kennedy to create a video for Aviva’s Charity of the Day, Pieta House, for social media and the big screens at the Aviva Stadium. Given the context we drew a comparison between the battle a rugby player faces with a tough opponent and the battle one experiences when faced with depression. This is the result. Beautifully filmed by James Doherty aided kindly by Dave Burke and crew at Piranha Bar. Music composed by the incredibly talented Steve Lynch of StellarSound Ltd. Noel Story in Beacon and the voice of Gerry O’Brien kindly added their services for free, all happy to support the work of this charity.
